Support Packages

We have a range of support packages designed to assist any size of business. Whether you have no in house IT support of whether you have a small team we can provide additional support services to assist. We have a standard 4 hour response to system down and server incidents and 8 hours response to PC issues.

Basic Support

This provides telephone and remote support and then onsite work is charged at a discounted hourly rate.

Complete Support

This provides telephone, remote and any onsite support is included an easy to manage monthly fee.

Prepaid Support

If you feel you can manage most support issues in-house but would like the assurance of extra backup you can purchase prepaid support packages in 5, 10 and 25 hour packs. You still

Server Monitoring

We can monitor servers, printers, internet connectivity and automatically raise support calls when systems go offline. We can also send SMS and email alerts to you. We can be responding to the incident well before you may even know the system is down.

Adhoc Support

If you don't want to take out a support package and are not concerned with a specified response time you can just call on us when you need us. Telephone support is charged as 15 minutes, remote support is charge as 30 minutes. If we need to attend site we charge a call out fee and charge a minimum of 30 minutes. Free Health Check

If you have network we can come out and give it an MOT to determine whether you are missing anything. We check antivirus, backups, system hardware and report any potential problems that you may not be aware of. Installations and Upgrades

Your IT infrastructure is only as good as getting the right solution and the right set up. All the pieces need to be thought and planned. You need to consider all of the elements. We can help you to either get started with your first network or if you already have a network but you need to grow then we can help move in the right direction. Finding the right solutions when you don't implement new server solutions as often as us is a difficult task. We will tell you exactly what you need and ensure nothing is overlook. We can supply, configure and deliver the solution exactly to your requirements. We can also provide many other services such as structured cabling installations and complete office moves.

Project Management

Certain implementations require planning. We can provide the project management element to plan, co-ordinate, execute and manage the project from start to finish. We work closely with your own staff to ensure that you are kept up to date with issues.

Training

We have a host of training course ranging from desktop applications such as Word and Excel to server application such as Windows 2003 Server and Microsoft Exchange 2007. We also have Cisco and Netware courses.
