Our help desks are continually manned by experienced technicians using some of the best and most up to date support tools and methods available today. Remote monitoring services with automatic alerts keep a watchful eye on key services to enable problems to be fixed before they become problems.
Our Managed Network Support service comes with 2 options:-
‘Basic Managed’ gives you unlimited remote and telephone support for a fixed annual fee but should site visits be required, then these are chargeable at our standard hourly rates.
‘Fully Managed’ gives you the same benefits as ‘Basic’ but all site visits are included within the fixed annual fee.
