Hardware Support
Kogo’s ‘Maintenance Plus’ hardware support service is probably the best and most comprehensive service of its type on the market.
‘Maintenance Plus’ is designed to provide fast fix to most computer equipment. Service includes 4 hour responses for mission critical items such as servers, switches and routers and 8 hour responses for less critical items. If we can’t rectify the fault within a reasonable period of time, then loan equipment will be installed to get your systems and work force quickly operational.
Agreements are based on fixed annual fee.
